Attention Patriots, get ready to show support for the JROTC program. It is that time of year again for our cadets to host their yearly car wash. JROTC is thrilled to invite you out for their annual car wash fundraiser happening this Saturday, August 31st at the Army recruiting center on 6818 N Loop 1604 E #207, San Antonio, Texas, for a day of spirit and support.
Our dedicated JROTC staff are working hard to ensure this event is a great success. The cadets are reaching out for the support of students, parents and the community to come together and contribute to a goal of raising $2,000.
All generous donations will go a long way in supporting our cadets by funding their uniforms, equipment, and future events, including their thrilling competitions. These funds will also help to make the JROTC student’s annual military ball a memorable experience for everyone involved.
This event will also be welcoming the brand new cadets and giving a farewell to the senior cadets.
Cadet Command Sgt. Maj. Albert Feliciano Otero, stated, “We’re excited to welcome our new lower classmen cadets into the JROTC family.”
The car wash will be a donation-based fundraiser, meaning that a supporter’s car gets clean while they contribute. No need to pay for the wash, the JROTC is just asking to promote the funding and to donate what you can. Donations not only help the cadets, it also create a strong sense of community and pride for the JROTC programs.
Spread the word, bring your friends and family, and let’s make this event a resounding success! JROTC looks forward to seeing you there and washing away the summer grime, all while raising funds for our aspiring cadets.
